This is looking back the way we came. The banner says "China Sea Beach Resort. Low Season Promo. Room & Free Breakfast." You can see the sign that indicates the narrow road back to the resort right behind the Gordon's sign for the next resort over. June is the beginning of monsoon season, where people head to the mountains to avoid the hot sticky lowland weather. But it was just starting, so we really didn't see all that much rain or stick.
